Welcome to Happy Hideaway, your perfect mountain getaway in beautiful McCall! This charming 2-bedroom condo is ideally located just a short walk from downtown, where you'll find shops, restaurants, and local charm. Ponderosa State Park is less than a half a mile away, offering stunning natural scenery and year-round recreation.
Whether you're in the mood for outdoor adventure or laid-back relaxation, this spot makes it easy. You'll have access to Nordic skiing at Bear Basin and Jug Mountain, and alpine skiing is just 20 minutes away at Brundage or 40 minutes to Tamarack. A scenic public golf course with a welcoming clubhouse is within walking distance, and during winter, the surrounding golf paths are maintained for peaceful walks or snowshoeing.
Inside, the condo features an open layout with upgraded finishes and plenty of natural light from large windows. It's warm and inviting in every season, perfect for cozy nights in or sun-filled mornings.
As part of the Aspen Village complex, guests can enjoy a wide range of amenities. The flooring has been recently upgraded, and the owners have added new living room furniture, a new dining table, chairs, kitchen stools, and improved lighting throughout.
Club Amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, basketball half-court, sauna, racquetball, and massage therapy (by Appointment).
Outdoor seasonal pool, tennis courts, and pickleball (weather permitting). The hot tub is a community hot tub located at "The Club" in the Aspen Village.
Things to Note:
No Pets. No Smoking. No Parties. No Events. No Fireworks. No trailers.
Caution - The walkway can be slippery at times during colder months.
This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3- or 4-night stay.
Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.
All our properties have self-check-in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.
Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.
Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.
Aspen Parking:
Each unit has one assigned parking space in addition to the garage parking. The parking space is located immediately in front of the garage or unit.
Trailer parking is restricted. Only trailers 16' and under are allowed on Aspen property. Those trailers must be parked in the designated space, NOT in the general parking area. Trailers over 16' and/or additional trailers are not allowed.
The general parking lot area is extremely limited. Vehicles must be parked perpendicular to the roadway to maximize the number of available spaces. Parallel parking is not allowed. Use of the limited general parking is on a first-come, first-served basis for owners, renters, or their visitors. Storing a vehicle in the general parking areas is not permitted.

In front of entrances/access areas to unit walkways
In front of dumpsters
In front of fire hydrants
In front of garages of another unit

To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, which is available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes an electronic guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities, and events, and local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 10 am to 4:30 pm.
