Stylish studio apartment located in the heart of Streatham in a lively but safe community where the high street offers many restaurants, bars, cinema and shopping all within a short walk. The supermarket 'Co-operative ' is only 5 mins walk where you can purchase all your groceries, toiletries, wines etc.

There is a sofabed in the living room which sleeps a further two people. Fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen area has all utilities for your convenience to cook a nice meal. This apartment has been priced to suit your budget so you can have an affordable stay. This apartment also suits for couple and groups of friends.

The apartment in located in a extremely convenient spot for quick and easy transport to Central London. Streatham Hill station is situated moments from the apartment taking you in the centre of London in 17 minutes. Outside of the apartment there are many regular buses that takes you to the Victoria line Metro/ underground/subway (within 10 min) that goes Straight Into The CITY in a matter of minutes. Or you can stay on the 159/109 buses for a longer ride straight into the main Central Attraction (Oxford Circus) where all the major attractions starts. Also for you 'NIGHT OWLS' there is a 24 hour bus service from the Centre of London to outside the apartment. No need to take expensive London Taxis :-)

Obviously that’s not true as the studio is small and very easy to clean. This guest was angry from start because of miscommunication, I’d sent her instructions on her phone but unfortunately she didn’t receive it, I realised that I’d sent it to the wrong number. I don’t know whether it was deliberate or not, but this guest decided to leave all her rubbish on the floor, worktop etc. This is the worst any guests has ever left my apartment. I would not recommend her to any Airbnb hosts.

It's a really lovely apartment. Not that big but for two persons absolutely convenient. With a separate bathroom and a big well equipped kitchen where it's even possible to cook. The quarter of Streatham where the apartment is located is a very pleasant and quiet area and within a 5 minute walk you are in the city with lovely stores and pubs. The bus station from which busses brings you every 5 min. to inner London is also 6 minutes away and within aprox. 1 hour you can reach all the famous buildings and places of London. When ever you come to London this is a fine place to stay!

The place is cute, small but very clean. You can find all the essentials you need for your stay.

The place is very close to public transportation, which is a big plus while staying there. Doreen is a very good host and she respond quick on inquiries. We loved our stay in her flat, will recommend her place and will stay there again next time we visit London. Thanks Doreen!

It is in poor repair. One window is taped shut but still sags. The kitchen floor has some spongy spots in front of the sink. The ceiling is cracked. The shower drain is slow and the shower nearly overflows. The view out the window is of a junkyard. The mattress is only a large piece of yellow foam. Their is an odor of mildew, possibly, when you enter the complex, but not in this unit. I did not know we could upload photos or I would have taken photos off all my reports.

Unfortunately this guest did not report anything to me about the second bed being broken, I was totally unaware of this. The key box has never been a problem with any other guests, I’m surprised that this guest has said that she would never stay again, but extended her stay by another day, bit strange.

We loved it!

We absolutely loved this little flat! Within short walk to many restaurants and bars in Streatham. Close to the train station. It was so quaint and lovely. Perfect for the two of us. The bed is quite small, so be prepared to snuggle close if sharing the bed. The shower is an okay size but the doorway to get in is tight, and if you’re bigger like me, you’ll have to suck in your tummy a bit to slip through haha. Overall, it was amazing. Would absolutely stay in this anpartment again!!

Not surprised as guest became very angry I didn’t have a Netflix account set up for the apartment?? Also demanded an early check in which I couldn’t accommodate as I explained I had guests checking out that morning and the apartment needed cleaning. I would urge others to read all my other reviews.

Photos are a little misleading for the place. When my partner and I arrived, the suite was quite dusty and could use a thorough clean. The bathroom did have mold and a funk to the place. The host got the leaking shower fixed during our stay so maybe the bathroom is in better condition now. An okay place if you aren't too picky on cleanliness and have a lower budget.

Wifi connects to router, but usually no internet on the router, even after resetting electricity connection. Check router for wifi info. It is different from printed instructions in room.

Appt was much smaller than expected. It iwas not clean (floor is sticky, glasses have fingerprints all over, bathroom smelled). Mattress was a disaster and was changed for a block of foam (after various complains) ....It was not a proper mattress!!! Appt is Ok for low budget travellers.

This property is enjoyable once you get used to the squeaky noises the bathroom door makes when opening/shutting it. I had a bit of a strugle getting in since I was not told the apt # only that it was upstairs and there were two doors. I had to call the owner after a late arrival to get the info. The wi-fi malfunction every single night of our stay was very disappointing. Other than that it was close to the train station and bus stops. I loved the area and now that I know where stuff is, I would definitely return

Photos of the suite do not represent the reality. It is shabby and run down. The mattress was so bad you can feel the springs poking into your back, so much so we could not sleep. there were stains on the pillow covers. The rail head and side board showed in the photos was not there.The window had toilet paper jammed in all the way around it (as insulation?) with a sign that said "do not use, waiting for parts"- even the sign posted looked old and browning, not sure how long the window was broken based on the sign.Bathroom moulding was was old and mouldy -looking.We did not use the shower. Kitchen table had the lino ripped off on one side showing the particle board beneath.Floors were not even and sunk under your feet when walking around.Everything inside was old and tired, needing replacement.We had booked for a week but left after one sleepless night. Needs renovation and furniture replacement before posting on VRBO!

Awful from the very beginning

My experience began with me standing in the rain after over 15 hours of travel, without any information regarding how the check-in process worked, even though I contacted the administrator 3 days prior to my arrival. I had to ask for help to the local folk to borrow me a plug, since my phone was almost dying. Well, after contacting VRBO help center, the administrator finally arrived to the apartment and told me briefly how everything worked. The moment I opened the door, I was highly disappointed, the place was extremely dirty, especially the shower. The whole place was smelling bad because of it. I looks nothing like the pictures, the shower was so complicated that I had to download the manual from the manufacturer to understand it. Long story short, before I even settled in I had already booked another place to stay and left the apartment 3 days earlier. I don't recommend it. It is not the first time I rent an apartment to stay during my vacation, but this was the worst experience I've ever had, hands down. The mattress was poking me all night because there are no feathers anymore. I have a back problem, so it was a totally painful nightmare to sleep there. That's all I have to say about this location, never coming back for sure.

Check-in war kompliziert. Wir sollten ca. 20 min. vor unserer Ankunft beim Gastgeber anrufen. Taten wir. Sie sagte, sie wäre in 30 min. da. War sie nicht! Wir riefen erneut an, keine Antwort. Nach weiteren 20 min. rief sie zurück, ob wir drinnen wären, sie hätte eine Nachricht mit dem Code für den Schlüsselsafe gesendet. Kam bei uns nicht an.Der Schlüsselsafe ließ sich sehr schwer öffnen, da ein Teil abgebrochen war.Die Fotos repräsentieren nicht den tatsächlichen Zustand, es ist sehr abgenutzt.Wie schon vor zwei Jahren, war das kleine Bett kaputt und der Lattenrost nur mit Klebeband repariert. Die Matratze sehr dünn. Das größere Bett ist auch nur für eine Person geeignet.Auch das eine Fenster war, wie schon vor über zwei (!) Jahren beschrieben, defekt und nicht zu öffnen.Tote Mücken an der Decke, den Fenstern und den Wänden.Sämtliches Geschirr war staubig oder mit Schmiere ider Fingerabdrücken übersäht.Insgesamt war das Studio sehr muffig.Die Beschreibung "Stilvolles Studio" trifft nicht zu.Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, die Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Italiener um die Ecke sehr empfehlenswert. Ich würde es nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Leider nicht unsere Erwartungen erfüllt

Unter stilvollem Appartement haben wir uns etwas anderes vorgestellt. Das Bett war von der Größe nur für eine Person geeignet. Die im Zimmer befindliche aufklappbare Liege war kaputt sodass eine Person auf der Matratze auf dem Boden schlafen musst. Im Bad gab es keine Steckdosen um den Föhn zu nutzen. Um den Föhn im Schlafzimmer zu nutzen musste man den Spiegel von der Wand abnehmen da es auch hier in Reichweite keine Steckdose gab. Danke dass der defekte Föhn umgehend ausgetauscht wurde. Die Armatur im Bad war ebenfalls defekt....Die Lage der Wohnung in Nähe der U-Bahn war perfekt, ebenfalls der Bäcker in der Nähe sehr zu empfehlen. Alles in allem würden wir dieses Appartement nicht mehr buchen

El departamento está muy bien preparado para recibir a los huéspedes, tenía todo lo preciso para una estancia.Limpio y con toallas y sabanas en Excelente estado todo muy nuevo al igual que los cosas de cocina y limpieza. Muy buena internet en el departamento. Así que lo recomiendo es una muy buena opción con todo lo necesario para comprar comida y viajar con el metro a 100 metros del alojamiento. Muchas gracias por todo a Nicola la hemos pasado muy bien!!!
