The second floor has been completely opened up between the kitchen and family room...great for entertaining! Beautiful natural hickory floors and cabinets, granite counter tops, slate backsplash, high-end stainless steel appliances (double oven). Gorgeous slate hearth and insert fireplace to quickly take the chill off from those cold winter days. Plus two ceiling fans to keep you cool on those infrequently hot summer days. New 55' plasma TV, Blu-Ray DVD, access to Guest's Netflix & Games, High Speed Wireless Internet.
The master bedroom is on the third floor with a queen bed and vanity in the bedroom. The beautifully remodeled master bathroom has cherry cabinets and a large walk-in shower.

Cozy mountain retreat close to all amenties

Small group went up for my bday weekend Condo was well stocked and super comfortable as if you were at your own home Great location to ski Northstar and shuttle was super easy to access. The other thing I really liked was the master bedroom was separate from the others for privacy thanks again

Great location and spacious, updated home

Had a great stay at Northstar. The shuttle pickup is very close and convenient. The house was spacious and clean. Perfect for families or a few couples. Great communication with the owner.

We are Paul & Pat, and we live in the Bay area. We love Northstar and had been looking for a place here for a while. We found Gold Bend in 2012, and began a total remodel. The place turned out great, and we hope you enjoy and respect it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Northstar has it all. We enjoy the winter sports and activities, as well as the summertime in the mountains. Truckee is close by, Reno is 40 miles away, and the South Shore is 35 miles away. Lake Tahoe is it's own gem, with communities and activities all around the lake. Truly a great place to get away from it all.
