I choose this neighborhood because of its central location, its peaceful and full of good neighbors.
What makes this property unique
This property is close to the Grand Falls hospital, downtown amenities, the stadium, sports facilities, Sanger Park and the baseball field and all shopping centers. And if you are an adrenalin junkie there is Extreme Ziplines and salmon fishing in the Exploits River. All are close-by
