About this property

Welcome to our condo! This is a shared living space with our roommate.

Charming Home with Backyard Pond, Kayak Access & Close to Nature + City!

Welcome to our cozy and peaceful home, perfectly located for both relaxation and convenience! My fiancé and I will be traveling abroad for 2.5 months with our two cats, and we’re looking for someone to enjoy our space while we're away.

Our home features a backyard with a small pond down the hill to the left of the backyard that’s great for kayaking and fishing. The kayak is available for your use! We're also just 5 minutes from Robinson Pond and its beach, perfect for sunny afternoons by the water or a short hike.

The second bedroom is currently rented to a close friend who will be living there during your stay. She’s kind, respectful, and happy to help if anything comes up as we will be out of the country for an extended period of time. Ideally, we're hoping to find a long-term tenant who would enjoy a peaceful shared living setup.

Conveniently located:
- 11 minutes to downtown Nashua
- 20 minutes to Pheasant Lane Mall
- 25 minutes to downtown Manchester
- 50 minutes to Boston
- Walking distance to a restaurant, nail salon, and an ice cream shop

Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat close to nature or easy access to city life, this home offers the best of both worlds!

It was a really nice place. Even though it is shared, we had plenty of privacy. In fact, we stayed 3 days and never saw the roommate mentioned in the post. I recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Priced right

It was a good stay. It’s close to a really good place to eat, Rocco’s. It’s a pretty easy drive into Boston if you’re planning a trip down there. Traffic sucks but that’s Boston!

I am originally from Maine, but moved to Hudson when my fiancé bought his house. We love hiking, water sports, and traveling! This is our first time hosting and are excited to begin the process.

Why they chose this property

We love that Hudson is close to both the city and nature. Our home is on a cul-de-sac in a safe neighborhood mostly made up of young families.

What makes this property unique

We have a pond practically in our backyard and can walk to an adorable ice cream shop and one of our favorite restaurants.
