Accessibility: This is a newly built home so the landscaping is not complete. It is a gravel path to your private entrance. The path is unlit.

Other Things to Note:
This is a brand NEW home in the heart of a NEW community in south Calgary. There is construction going on around the home for this reason. It is a basement with no carpet so the floors can get cold, you are more than welcome to use the heat, but please keep this in mind. The kitchen has small pots and pans and is stocked very minimally. Street parking is available near the home, it can be minimal. The path to the entrance is unlit and gravel.
