River Arts (Downstairs): King + queen beds, near hallway bath with walk-in shower

The Great Room offers cozy leather seating around the stone fireplace (seasonal), and an additional conversation nook to enjoy the view. An 85” smart TV anchors the entertainment areas, perfect for movie nights or big games. (Don't forget to bring your passwords)

$120 cancelation fee guest initiated cancelations. Guests must sign rental agreement within 24 hrs of booking. $500 security hold is placed 1D prior.
