The rental was perfect for our stay. Clean, cute, and had everything we needed. Parking on site was very helpful, and the hosts were communicative and kind. It would be fun to have some kind of games or cards for folks to use but we had a wonderful stay!

Why they chose this property
I love the eclectic mix of hip and energetic urban life, restaurants, historic charm, and green space. Cheesman Park incorporates all of these aspects! It's fun, beautiful, and always interesting. It is also centrally located to parks and cultural institutions and only a mile from downtown and major venues.
What makes this property unique
Known as the Trumbull Mansion, it was built in 1893 by a railroad baron. The entire property was beautifully restored and renovated to add the 2 garden-level apartments with modern conveniences. It is the first mansion in a row of mansions along a tree-lined street leading to the entryway of lovely Cheesman Park with its breathtaking sunset views of the Rocky Mountains!
