New 2-bedroom house in New Port Richey, just one mile from downtown

Your home away from home in New Port Richey with 2 bedrooms featuring 2 queen beds. This delightful house offers AC, WiFi, a washing machine/dryer and heating. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers for your convenience. Experience what New Port Richey has to offer with a stay at our newly built 1500 square foot house. The living area is located on the second floor and is not handicap accessible due to staircases. First floor is garage space used by owner for storage and is not part of the rental. Cars must be parked on the driveway due to the HOA rules. Bedding includes sheets, comforter, pillows and bathroom towels. Kitchen supplies include pots/pans, plates, bowls and glassware. This is a long term rental which does not include all of your daily living items such as toiletries, paper, cleaning supplies, maid service, etc. Included is garbage service, electric, water and wifi for Roku-tv. Beautiful Club House with pool, hot tub and pickleball courts within a 2 minute walk. Very nice waterfront neighborhood but rental house is not on the water.. Home is in a flood zone therefore during hurricane season, June 1st thru November 30th, you could be evacuated and remove cars from the area. This is part of living in paradise! No pets allowed. Due to HOA rules you must register with the HOA Association and abide by the rules in order to use common areas such as pool/hot tub, etc.
