This coastal A-Frame is a fun family get-a-way with a loft game room with pool table, tv and arcades. In the private fenced in back yard has a seating and eating area and screened in hot tub as the perfect adult escape. This pet-friendly stay has a dedicated dog run. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Hudson and our house has to offer.

A pet fee of $100.00 is required if bringing a pet for your stay this includes, food/water bowls, waste bags, pet bed, pee pads, toys and dog run.

Perfect for families

The place was perfect for my family. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Everything that was needed was there. Really enjoyed the arcade and hot tub. Would definitely book again. The host was so nice and and accomodating.the arcade and hot v tub.

Beautiful property with many amenities

We stayed for just over 2 weeks. We loved the property! The rooms were good-sized. Furniture and beds were comfortable and clean. It was nicely decorated with lots of natural light from the front windows. The hot tub was a highlight! The weather was cool during our stay, so we enjoyed soaking in it often. Families would love the game room.

Beautiful property, location not so much, research before booking!

Property is beautiful, very clean and nice. However, do your research before you go and make sure you are ok with the location. Host was great, responded very quickly when we requested access code to check in, for some reason we didn’t get it. We didn’t know about the 100 pet fee, but host waived it!I don’t think I will book it again because of the area it is located, but would recommend to a client looking for something like this.

Perfect family home

This home was perfect for our family and everyone had a great time. The home was clean, check in was easy and we had no problems. The home was about an hour from homosassa springs, Clearwater and Tampa, which is great for many activities in those areas. There was a beach within 10 minutes with inland springs and we found a beautiful park with a splash pad and walking trail about 5 miles from this home. Perfect family time spent here! The kids loved the games too! Communication with the owner was excellent.

Wouldn't change a thing

Our family has stayed in many rental homes across many platforms and this is one of the best! It was clean, cozy, easy to access, well equipped in the kitchen/ bath/ bedrooms, and had loads of recreational options. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and arcade games. There was plenty of space for our group of 8 to sprawl out for a variety of activities. There were tons of pillows and blankets.

Rough area

It was a perfect house for us but in a rough area. I walked daily and felt a little unsafe. We had to clean the dishes before we ate and the coffee cups too. All window sills were dirty

So, was this statement you made a lie? "It was wonderful. We are leaving tonight to get back to Michigan. Thank you" Per your last response. I have been nothing but professional and accommodating before and during your stay. If these were true concerns, you would have messaged as you have for the last 4 months. The area is not unsafe, it has been through 2 major hurricanes which you are aware of in the past few months. Everything including dishes is cleaned and inspected between each visit - I'm 100% sure you would have message me with an instant complaint if it had not been. I have not even complained on how you broke the coffee pot with no mention of it. I even waived the pet fee for your stay. If any of your statements were true, I would not have 5 stars and be a super host on other platforms as well. ** Bottom line - you are a liar. You would have message me to no end if these complaints were true. I have all proof and messages.

We had a wonderful stay at this perfect little property. We enjoyed the fenced in backyard, and the screened in (actually hot) hot tub. We also really appreciated the array of toys and games for young kids and amenities for pets they had available as well. Absolutely would recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for a nice quiet place for your family to stay while you’re here at Hudson Beach.

We have been Floridians for 18 years moving to Florida is the absolute best decision we ever made. We love the Suncoast life-style! We love remodeling homes and restoring them back to their original beauty. We restored this A-Frame and turned it in the gem of the neighborhood. Our hope with this property is it allows families to re-connect with games create great memories for their family.

On occasion we use this property to host our own family and friends. Those are some of the best memories we create for our kids and friends. We also appreciate new game ideas - we love a good game night.

Why they chose this property

The freedom to explore the Suncoast with kayaking, boat tours, swimming with the manatees and on occasion to catch the only live mermaid show around. Explore our beautiful springs and Florida wildlife only a few minutes from this Coastal A-Frame. Sunwest park is a family favorite with in only a few minutes from this house you can put your toes in the sand while the kids play. They also have a wake-board coarse, a inflatable obstacle coarse as well as beach volleyball.

This A-Frame is all about Florida beauty and family togetherness. Its the perfect place for a family reunion or even a staycation. We are constantly adding new games and amenities with guests in mind young and old alike.
