The home was just lovely. Kitchen ready for use, lots of comfy seating, great beds, ideal location for aquick beach visit. House was very clean and the patio had good seating and a nice barbecue. Huge TV even!

Family Beach Getaway

Morro Bay - Wine Testing at Paso Robles

The rental is nicely furnished and has a nice view of the Morro Rock. It is a few steps from the beach. The house is beautiful and located in a great location!

Family Time

We enjoyed this wonderful property with its perfect location. Family Time is important and with inside and outside layout, we made the most of it. Living room and dining areas and the patio provided a perfect environment to enjoy.

Lotsa room, Lotsa beach

10 family members from 3 states, and this house had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. Only a few steps to the beach, and it was visited multiple times each day of our stay. The house has everything we needed, including plenty of towels. Great visit to Morro Bay!

Perfect beach house

This property is exactly as advertised on the listing. It has all the amenities and essentials you can think of and need for your vacation. It’s like a home away from home. Everything was just right and it’s a huge place. Can’t recommend this enough. Will definitely be booking it again whenever I decide to visit again.

Another great stay with VRBO

The house is very roomy (we had 8 adults and a 5 year old). Perfect location. All the amenities. It was a wonderful week!! We've been booking our annual family beach trip through VRBO for many years now. Never encountered a problem!!

The perfect Morro Bay beach home

We stayed for 5 nights. The location is fantastic. You can see Morro Rock clearly, and it is maybe 1000 feet to the sand from the front door. House is spacious and not cluttered. It also had all the amenities we needed. Tons of space and well laid out. The next time we go to Morro Bay, I will rent this property again (if available).

Big Beautiful home.Proximity to the beach was great, but you need to be in shape! Big home so we had enough room to stretch out and be comfortable. But we were mostly outside on the back deck. Kids brought bikes and biked to town. We took them to the bike track but they crashed and burned. We bought Tri-tips and used the BBQ. We cooked several meals in the home, had plenty of plates pans and cookware. Lots of serving trays for large groups. The kids loved the proximity to the beach because they swam in that cold water. Granddaughter loved helping cook in your big kitchen. Grandchildren loved the upstairs area. We'll try to rent again in the future.

First Time Renter

Overall we really enjoyed the property. This was my first time using VRBO and maybe I didn’t do my due diligence, but I feel the parking mis represented. Stating there were four spaces and finding out when we received the check in instructions that two were across the street in the dirt made me apprehensive about the whole property. Turned out to be a non event, but just felt wrong. Again, we did enjoy the property and if we are back in the area we will look for this again.

Spring Break Get Away

Our stay at this beach house was absolutely perfect for our group of six adults and two children. The home had everything we needed—it was spacious, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home.The location couldn’t have been better. It was just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made it simple to come and go throughout the day. We loved being so close to the ocean without needing to load everyone into the car.One of our favorite parts was being able to cook all of our meals at home. The kitchen was fully stocked and made meal prep easy and enjoyable. It really added to the experience being able to gather around the table together every night.One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful outside courtyard. It was the perfect spot for playing games, relaxing together, and enjoying each other's company in the fresh air.This house truly had it all—convenience, comfort, and a great space for making memories. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect family vacation home

We rented the house for Thanksgiving. It was perfect for a family get away. The location was amazing. You could see the ocean and to walk to the beach it was literally across the street. The house was so roomy that we all felt we had our own space when we needed it and could come together with plenty of room when we wanted to be together. I'd go back every year!!

Great, big home, amazing location

Loved the view of Morro Rock out of the dining room window, the sunset streaming in the living room, and the super short walk to the beach! Stayed here with 3 generations and everyone was comfortable. There was tons of space in the house and on the private enclosed yard for cooking, eating, and hanging out. We didn't miss anything, and the beds were plenty comfortable. The heating was a bit limited (especially in the master bedroom and the upstairs bedroom), but the two space heaters helped a ton on the colder nights.
