The condo is set up exclusively for guests with plenty of room for your belongings and all amenities you could need for a short or long stay.

Roomy one bedroom. Nice large living room opens to eat in kitchen with small balcony. Ample kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals (except the food of course). Comfortable bedroom with beautiful cherry four poster queen size bed, night stands, room darkening curtains and dresser.

Guests have the entire 1 bedroom condo to themselves. Living room with big screen TV, High speed Internet, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, porch with patio set, large bedroom and full bath.

Guests gain access to the unit using the provided code for self check ins. We are available by request to give you a tour of the home and show you how things work if you’d like. I work right across the street so I can be available to help or check in if needed.

The condo is a great location close to High Point University, furniture market and many of the area attractions. Visit the NC Zoo, go furniture shopping, Wet and Wild water park, concerts and events at the Greensboro Coliseum, Old Salem and so much more.
Just a short ride to anywhere in the triad, Greensboro- Winston Salem- Asheboro.

Ample free parking in front of the unit. Bus stop one block away.

This home is set up for 2 guests to share one queen bed. We do not allow guests to sleep on the couch.
Please make sure all guests are registered on your reservation: Only the number of guests on the reservation are allowed at the property. Please only smoke out of doors. Please no deep frying or cooking with grease. Do not use hair dye or dye of any kind. When it all possible we like guests to wear footwear indoors (shoes socks slippers etc.). Not suitable for small children . You will be required to provide valid ID before checking in.
