This is a very nice 4 bedroom, 2- 1/2 bath house within one and a half blocks to the beach and close to town. Many upgrades over the past few years include a new kitchen, new 3-season room, deck, windows, siding, remodeled living room, gas fireplace and lighting. There is a screened-in porch and a deck in rear of house. POOL and TENNIS COURTS are shared by multiple houses. Pool is open from Memorial Day until the 3rd week in September. Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
