The light-filled great room boasts a wall of windows framing breathtaking dune and ocean views, a sliding door leading to the balcony, and brand new living room furniture that creates a comfortable and inviting space to relax. A stylish dining area features a brand new dining table set illuminated by an on-trend bronze chandelier.

The modern kitchen is designed with white shaker cabinets, granite countertops, a chic tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances—including a convenient stacked washer and dryer. A pass-through window adds both functionality and charm, making it easy to stay connected to the living and dining areas.

Very clean, comfortable beds. Easy beach access. Close to shops and dining. There are numerous walking/biking paths with ample shade trees. Perfect for those who like to enjoy the outdoors. Pool area is awesome…spacious and plenty of seating.

My family of 5 (3 boys 11, 8, and 5) enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was clean and as described. The ground floor location with patio access to the yard area was perfect for our family. We were just steps away from the pool/hot tub and the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Home for Vacation Stay

This unit is a wonderful location with easy walking to Coligny. Being on the ground floor and being able to walk out the back patio on the grassy area was great for our kids to play and allowed for super easy/quick access to the pool and beach. The house itself had everything we needed. And the beds were comfortable!! Will definitely stay here again.

This was by far our favorite condo yet! Our family has visited HHI several times and the location is great. Teens can walk to Coligny Square on their own and have some independence. The view is great and having the 1st floor walk out was very convient to get to beach and pool.

EXCELLENT condo and location!

My husband and I stayed for spring break with our 8 yr old dtr. This condo is very close to the heated pool and just a short walk to the ocean. It is beautifully decorated, the kitchen has everything! It was nice having 2 bathrooms as well!

Perfect Spring Getaway

Three of my family (all adults) were able to get away for a week and chose Hilton Head. This condo was perfect! Rented bikes and cruised on them or walked everywhere - no car needed!
