We are close to Marbella Beach and the Cartagena sign by walking, also the historical center is about 5 minutes in car or a sweet 20 minutes walk through one of the most charming neighborhood in Cartagena, Cabrero. Airport is only 10 minutes by car from the place.
We have to tell guests that the building is a new one, so probably you are going to find workers and construction materials in tha main lobby, first floor hall and the elevators, however, this is supposed to be until 31st of May.
