It is close to many attractions, 20 min walking to the old center, 10 min to the National Stadium, a in the middle of the coffee shops and restaurant to the Decebal Street.
Its entrance from the main street, It is a very quite area with the right balance between close to everything and quite.
The flat is fully reburbished in 2024 and it is very generous 1100 sqft (100 sqm) with 3 double beds bedrooms and 2 full baths.
A very well equiped kitchen and a lightfull living.
