Family-Friendly Oasis - Game Room & Hot Tub
Ideal for travel nurses & professionals! 3BR/2BA home near Mercy San Juan Hospital with 300+ Mbps Wi-Fi, dual 70” TVs & full kitchen. Quiet Carmichael location with fast I-80 access. Sleeps 10 (2 kings, queen, bunk & futon). Enjoy game room (NBA Jam, darts, more), hot tub, BBQ & fenced yard. Close to hospitals, shops & dining—perfect for extended work stays or relaxing after long shifts.
Extra Guest Fee- The nightly total includes up to 6 guests only. An extra guest fee of $25 per person, per night applies beyond the 6th guest.
Security camera/recording device
We have a Ring security camera above the front door and above the side door by the driveway. The devices record audio and video 24/7.
Please take note that the fireplace is NOT operational and should not be used during your stay.
Please take note of the cancellation policy. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance.
For VRBO cancellations, a 5% deduction will be applied to cover our credit card's processing fee.
