The property owner never provided us access info even after requesting multiple times and even when we landed at the airport. Contacted VRBO and they could not get the owner to respond either. VRBO cancelled our reservation for us but we had to scramble at 9pm to find other lodging. Then later owner emailed us threatening to get their money.
