Our stay was great overall. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was stocked with all essential cookware/dishes and a very fancy dishwasher. The smart washer and dryer were in great condition and worked great too! There is a large smart TV in the bedroom with Netflix services included, which was a nice plus. Only downside to the kitchen area is the lack of a dining table, so we shared the small coffee table.

Read all the comments. I didn’t and regret it. It was clean and looks recent refreshed. But, there isn’t a welcome binder with any information on appliances etc., just a handwritten note with the wifi password. The only directions for checkout are in an email you get a few days before. We had no idea how to use the smart TV and had to call the owner. There are no washrags or kitchen towels. It says there are an ironing board and hairdryer but there weren’t. I wasn’t going to call the owner on those since we needed them early in the morning. There were two bottles of random shampoo and body wash under the bathroom sink and pump hand soap by the sink. The bathtub needs a grab bar since it is deep. And there is no place to eat. NOT family friendly.

Clean but poor instructions and responsiveness, lacking in some provisions
Photos are accurate, this is a pretty tidy spot. I texted the host when I was leaving to give my estimated arrival time, got a call a few minutes later asking who I was and why I was texting. Later text requests for help were met with delayed, unhelpful one word replies. No check in instructions provided, bit of a hassle upon arrival to get someone in the lower level to let us in. Main host wasn't there, someone else entered unit through the main house beneath & opened the door from the inside. There's only a lock on the owner's side, no lock on renter's side for privacy and security. 2 windows were open and no AC upon arrival, later realized AC is controlled in the main house and you have to request for it to be changed. Since the host doesn't really reply to texts, you have to knock on the door to ask for anything you need, though they were kind and accommodating. Sound carries up the interior stairs. Exterior stairs up are pretty narrow. While this is listed as a place for families, & there is a kitchen, there's nowhere inside to eat. My toddler ate his meals on a towel on the couch over a side table. Also no hand towels or any hooks or towel bars in bathrooms. No kitchen towels, and aside from 3 small spoons, only plastic cutlery is provided. There are a few pots and pans and spatulas, etc. No printed instructions of any kind inside the unit other than a handwritten note with the wifi password. Lawn was not mowed. Could be a nice stay with improvements.
