Very nice property but unclear instructions

I ultimately had a great experience on this property. However, it is a little tricky to find. The instructions weren’t 100% clear to access the front door - we also didn’t have our garage opener (which was supposed to be included) so we only had to rely on the physical passcode. Very frustrating in that garage space. The WiFi router at this property is also located in the garage for some reason so it doesn’t reach the rest of the house well at all. This property management group stays very busy with other listings which I totally understand and they were very accommodating to us when necessary.
