Graciela was a wonderful and responsive host. I had to contact her upon arrival because the wifi was out, but she responded immediately and we were up and running by the time we got back to the house. This home had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped.

Graciela was so kind, available when needed, and prompt! She is a great host! We loved that the property was pet friendly and that there was plenty of supplies needed for a week stay. I will say if you are a light sleeper and someone is staying in the unit next to you, you will hear door slams, microwave slams, talking, and loud footsteps, but easily drowned out with some white noise on your phone!

It was cozy. The bed and couches were comfortable. The table was quite small, the two chairs not particularly comfortable. There was plenty of space to unpack into. Some light bulbs were burned out.

The host was great and very responsive!The only thing that was not the best was it smelled terrible because the previous guest had smoked in there apparently. We told the host and she said the cleaner had already made her aware which was disappointing. They did come over and air it out some more with a special tool which was nice. The smell is still lingering. Everything else was really good. We like the area and the couch was very comfortable!!!

Graciela is a great host and communicated promptly with us anytime we needed something. When we arrived, the property did not have a hair dryer and a working toilet seat, however, Graciela was able to come and get both of the concerns taken care of in a timely manner. The property itself is nice and cozy with all necessary amenities available. Neighborhood is also in a quiet residential area. We would love to back again.

First, communication with owner, Graciela, was very good. She responded quickly to my messages and questions. Home was comfortable and in a good location with easy access to I-88 as well as Randall Rd which leads to mall style shopping in Geneva/St Charles. There is a small park up the street which has a nice playground and space to walk our dog. The house does not have a fence at this time, however owner states one is scheduled for spring 26. The unit is part of a duplex so driveway and yard are shared, however there is good driveway space (other guests had two cars and we had a mini-van). We did get snow and when I asked about driveway being shoveled, owner sent a contracted crew to clean drive, etc. We were here for a week and enjoyed time visiting family. Would stay again.

The Fox River is a major attraction to me, the walks on the river bank with lots of nature trails and beautiful views. Downtown is so interesting with the different restaurants and coffee shops. The Chicago Outlet Mall to shop, many designers stores.
