Floors were so dirty, we had to buy slippers to wear. Very uncomfortable living room furniture. Ice maker not hooked up "For sanitary reasons"? Heat did not work properly, came home after being gone all day and it was 58 in the house. Kitchen poorly equipped. Lighting was terrible. Hot tub had no privacy. Cheaply built home.

What you described—particularly the cleanliness concerns, heating issues, and general comfort—are absolutely not in line with the standards we strive to maintain. We take your comments seriously and have already scheduled a full inspection of the property to address the issues with the floors, heating, lighting, and kitchen equipment. The ice maker being disconnected was indeed a sanitation decision, but we understand how that can be inconvenient and will work on communicating that more clearly in the listing. We also appreciate your note about the hot tub's privacy and living room comfort, and we’ll be looking at how we can improve both the setup and overall guest experience moving forward. Your feedback helps us improve, and we genuinely regret that we didn’t meet the level of quality you expected—and that we aim to deliver.
