Northern MN Lake Home on Crystal Clear Deer Lake, great fishing & swimming

Create incredible family memories at this wonderful Lake home on beautiful Deer Lake. The clear turquoise water is inviting and the beach is great for making sand castles with the kids or just putting your toes in the sand.
Our four-bedroom home has plenty of room to relax after a day on the lake/beach. We have a full kitchen, dining area, two living areas, laundry room and 2 & ½ bathrooms.
This west facing lake level home is just 100 feet from the lake with stunning sunset views. Enjoy the view sitting in the outdoor furniture on the beach and catch a view of the occasional wildlife such as loons, trumpeter swans, eagles etc.
There is plenty of room on the deck to grill and eat your meals or just sit and enjoy the view with your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
Have a campfire by the lake and roast marshmallows, make smores or some hot dogs by the fire. Sit by the campfire and enjoy the beautiful stars. You can even see the space station pass overhead on certain nights.
Take a swim to the small island in front of our home or just relax on the lake or beach. There is plenty of room in the yard to play outdoor games such as corn toss, croquet or a game of tag etc.
For the fisherman in you Deer Lake is known for bass, walleye and if you’re lucky you may even catch a Muskie.
Take a ride on the lake to Bear Island and explore the Island for the Eagles nest and possibly a glimpse of the Eagles or babies in the nest.

Deer Lake covers 4,156 acres and is roughly 5 miles long and 1.5 miles wide and known as one of the clearest lakes in Minnesota. The deep, crystal clear water has visibility up to 11 feet! It is often referred to as the lake of “changing colors.” Because of its mineral-content, the color of the lake seems to turn a brilliant blue-green on bright summer day. Deer Lake’s amazing color, along with its many islands and miles of scenic shoreline, make Deer Lake a top lake to experience.

Enjoy the experience of vacationing in northern Minnesota by relaxing on the lake. If you want to explore the nearby towns of Grand Rapids and Deer River are only 15 minutes away.
