Our property will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Sarasota. Conveniently located on Fruitville Rd . across from a brand new Publix, many restaurants , and close to St. Armand's Circle , Siesta Key , Longboat Key , and Anna Maria Island. UTC Mall is 10 minutes away-experience the best in shopping and dining, and soon to be new home to Mote Aquarium . Sun Outdoor Sarasota offers a wide range of activities for all ages .Activities include Pickleball , lawn bowling, tennis , basketball, water aerobics , swimming , woodworking , art classes , jewelry classes , fishing . Snowbirds can enjoy a full schedule of clubs and events all winter. Our unit is located at the west end(only one neighbor ) and the rear yard and deck opens up to a beautiful , huge open area offering great views , peaceful atmosphere .
