About this property
Cap Pavilion
Experience St Lucia like a VIP in this stunning 6-bedroom villa, one of the most picturesque homes in St Lucia.
Not only a vacation home, but Cap Pavilion is also available for weddings, birthdays, family celebrations, filming, photo shoots and small conferences.
Set within a private, gated hilltop in Cap Estate, this home enjoys breathtaking 360-degree views that encompasses both the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Seas, whilst for golf fans, the greens of both Cabot and Sandals championship golf courses are literally within a 7 iron away.
Just minutes from Rodney Bay Marina and a number of beaches – Smugglers Cove, Pigeon Point, Reduit and Cas en Bas (famous for its beach horseback rides and kite surfing), you could hardly be better located.
The 5 main bedrooms rooms (Sunrise, Sunset, Moonlight, Starlight and Eclipse) all feature a king size bed with Egyptian cotton linens for a pleasant night's sleep. Two of the bedrooms can be converted in to twins if required, whilst the 6th room (affectionately called the Nanny Room) adjoins Sunset as a family room.
The master suite (Eclipse) enjoys an ensuite shower with floor to ceiling (mirrored for vanity) windows) with affords you amazing views of the ocean as you bathe.
This incredible villa was inspired by Oliver Messel's Caribbean designs and constructed in an open architectural style consisting of three wings built around a central courtyard with covered walkways and coral rendered arches connecting each area.
With views over Mount Hardy, a walk to ‘The Moon’ is a must do for those wishing to catch sunrise, whilst, in the opposite direction, on the horizon is the famous Pigeon Island providing the backdrop for sunset. From the balcony, on a clear day looking South you can see all the way down to the Gros Piton.
The pool is also extremely private and uniquely the villa benefits from its own, short nature walk through the natural tropical environment. Check out the local trees (we recently planted coconut, mango, citrus and sour orange, plum and cherry) and plants, listen out for the ospreys and even choose your own herbs and salad produce from our cottage garden when in season.
Recently modernised to a high standard, amenities include ceiling fans, blinds, AC and Wi-Fi in all rooms. Smart TV's mean you can login to all on demand providers such as Netflix, Prime, Paramount, Disney +, YouTube etc and each King bedroom enjoys, a personal safe and hair dryer, luxury toiletries and towels. A fitness room doubles as a day spa and massage room if a little pampering is called for, and guests will feel right at home in and out of the very private pool, surrounded by lush tropical trees and complete with its own pool kitchen and grill.
Modernization has been sympathetic to the ecological challenges the world faces, ensuring the villa is sustainable with 100% solar powered generated and we even give some back to the countries grid. We rainwater harvest, some 4000 gallons for irrigation and non-consumption use.
The large modern kitchen has a breakfast bar and patio with views across the Atlantic, whilst adjoining is the large open plan dining room with views across the Caribbean. The kitchen has all utensils and crockery, an American Fridge-freezer dispenses both ice and double purified (UV and charcoal) drinking water, plus an air fryer, a blender, coffee machine and dishwasher. If you like a private chef, we are happy to help assist, although it would be a shame not to experience what culinary delights across a fusion of cuisines St Lucia has to offer, including the acclaimed Naked Fisherman, just minutes away and the fun of the Friday Night Street Food Party in Gros Islet.
The drawing room / games room features an amazing, working, early Grand Piano, dating back to approximately 1845! Yes,180 years old. The wing can open on all sides and includes a patio complete with rattan furniture for dining, sunset or, can be utilised as an open air home cinema / game time area with a projector beaming on to a 100” screen.
We will be delighted to assist with excursions by sea to the South of the island to take in the Pitons, the islands volcano, sulphur mud baths, waterfalls and cocoa plantations. Whilst the scuba, snorkelling and sunset cruises are something to behold.
Whether you spend your days by the pool, venture to the beach or the golf course, a stay at our welcoming villa will leave you wanting to stay just a few more days.
Come and stay, we can’t wait to show you around, because Cap Pavilion is where vacation memories can be made.. and last a lifetime.
