This property is designed to cater to the visitors who want to embrace the Nashville experience, while getting the vacation difference they are looking for. When you go on vacation with friends or family most places are setup to have a "main' bedroom while everyone else is left scrambling for second best. This home is setup with 3 main bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and custom designed rainfall shower in order to give a primary experience for an individual or a couple.
As you enter the home, you'll have access to the first bedroom which has a King bed with storage drawers on the sides and plenty of closet space. Great for those that want easy in and out access and/or want to spend less time going up and down stairs. Decorated in a western speakeasy theme with a 50" TV, multi zone lighting and charging built into the nightstands and lamps.
The second floor features a bright, open-concept living space with a dedicated workspace, a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar, a 70" TV, two couches, a dining space, countertop seating and access to a private deck—perfect for sipping coffee or unwinding in the evening. On this level you'll feel the heart of Nashville with art work embracing music, Broadway and Tennessee whiskey heritage. Multiple seating spaces for all to come together and gather on this level.
The third floor houses the laundry area as well as the upper two bedrooms. The first of which at the top of the stairs is fun and vibrant decorated with the Nashville skyline and a steampunk music vibe. The bathroom follows the trend with light and bright subway tile floor to ceiling in the shower with fun pops of color. The other bedroom across the hall is more of a moody sophisticated theme with hints of modern/retro trends giving a more relaxed and sultry theme. The bathroom follows with a bold stylish hex/chracoal tile design. Both of the third level bedrooms have King beds with charging station built in to the headboard, 55" TV's, and walk-in closets with dressers for storage.

Our host was very welcoming. The house was clean with a great floor plan for enjoying family time. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked with linens and even included darker wash cloths for removing your makeup which was a cute, practical touch. The showers were large with plenty of hot water. Would definitely recommend. Location was nice too, staying in the winter we used ride shares to get to around but very reasonably priced.
Very well appointed home. Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. Owner was quick to respond to questions.

Property was spacious and ideal size for three couples. Pillows felt like balloons in each room and were quite uncomfortable. The bathroom shower (directly above living room) backed up with each use making for a non ideal experience when trying to get ready.

I’m sorry you felt the need to leave us a negative review because our pillows were too fluffy? Especially because it’s a direct contradiction to the great review left in our guest book. At no time did you reach out with any issues that we would have been happy to address.
We understand bedding can be a personal preference, there are 4 pillows per bed in 2 different styles. These are the same pillows we use in all of our properties (and the same used by Hilton hotels), and have receive rave reviews for over a decade.
As far as the drain, it worked perfectly as soon as your hair was cleaned out of the trap. All 3 bathrooms have been completely renovated within the last year and are in perfect working order.
This really stems because you agreed to the house rules at time of booking and then at time of check in you didn’t like them. Which was to simply supply the full names of any guests staying. As explained it is an HOA requirement. I recommend booking hotels in the future rather than someone’s home (maybe they’ll have flatter pillows?). Oh, and to whoever it was in your party thanks for getting so drunk that you puked all over one of our bathrooms.
For anyone else reading, I hope you can see where the issue lies and that you check the reviews we have on all of our properties. These are our personal homes and our guest experience is top priority.

We didn’t do airport price but the time wouldn’t be bad at all.If I needed 3 bedrooms I would stay here every time I could for anything I was doing around Nashville. Would be fine for families or groups. 3-floor townhouse so steps are a thing. They are spacious and safe but you have to take the steps to get everywhere except the 1st floor bedroom/suite.The location takes a minute to find (you will get pics and instructions). Parking is great for 2 vehicles, but 3 can fit and the street is available if you have 4 or large vehicles.
