Location! Location! Location!
What makes this property unique
Location! Location! Location! Right on the beach. We are the only high-rise condominium on the less trafficked side of Fort Pickens road towards Fort Pickens. We are unique in that you don’t have to walk across the busy street having your wagon full of beach equipment and kids across the street to the beach.
We are a gated property for security and keeps the general public from acssesing our beach in front of the ocean. Access to the general beach is further down the road which gives us almost a private beach. The San Souci building itself is the only high-rise condominium on the beach that survived hurricane Sally as far as damage to the interior of the building.
San Souci has one side of the building with protected land that will not allow any other building to be built in the future. Again, this allows for more privacy for our building and beach. We are also across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s restaurant, which is a local favorite and also favorite with visitors. We are unique having a Tom Thumb convenience store right across the street. This is a huge bonus to be able to walk across the street if you forgot to get something at the grocery store. We are unique in having outdoor access to each condo rather that a closterphobic low ceiling indoor high-rise access to each condo. We have covered walkways to stay out of the rain. We also have covered garage parking.
