Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels on the floor in the laundry room
Place all trash bags in trash bins located on the side of the home. If checking out on Sundays or Tuesdays, roll the bin to the street.
Be sure to remember to turn everything off and set the AC to 78 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This was the perfect location for what we needed while we visited our daughters who live in Baton Rouge. It was a quiet neighborhood close to everything we needed. There was no contact from the host, but that was fine because the instructions were clear enough to understand. I would definitely rent this location again in the future.

I had a great time at this property. The property was well maintained, and I had great communication with the owner. All questions and inquiries that I had was responded to in a timely manner. It did rain the first day that I arrived, but the sun did come out and we were able to enjoy the fenced in back yard. The house and property were great and when I come back to Baton Rouge, I will definitely look for this property.

We rented this nice house for a family wedding we went to in the LSU area. The house provided everything we needed for my spouse and 4 grown children. The location was great, the neighborhood is safe, and the check in / check out process was easy. I look forward to coming back!
