This was an awesome experience. There were a few questions upon arrival. I called the Host and they answered the phone. I shared my questions. Solutions were immediately provided. I enjoyed the communication and solutions offered. I will definitely book with the same Host when we return.

We enjoyed our visit to Clarksville and appreciate the opportunity to stay here. We experienced several concerns during our stay that we've shared directly with the owner. We believe that with some additional attention to a few maintenance and guest experience details, this could be a great place for many travelers visiting the area

The house was clean. The host was relatively easy to contact and answered questions and concerns promptly. Was able to resolve concerns in a timely manner. The property was close to shops and a variety of restaurants.

It was clean and comfortable. Property was correctly advertised with the exception of there isn't a grill. There is both a front and back deck. Front has chairs - back doesn't. We enjoyed sitting outside in the chairs in the morning on the front deck and enjoying our beverage of choice. The sun was behind the house in the mornings - so it was the cooler spot and there was a nice breeze. It was close to shopping and the Fort Campbell.

I was more disappointed in this property than not. We stayed for 3 nights, and it did its job...but if I could go back in time I would have kept looking for another property. The beds were clean and comfortable, which was nice and a positive for this property. We felt safe, but did not appreciate any kind of political sign in the yard. The neighborhood dogs are loud pretty much all night long, light sleepers take note. The fenced in yard was nice! However, here are the areas that did not exceed my expectations...Lack of towels/cloths for a place that can hold up to 10 people. Water temp in master shower was fine, however the other shower went from scolding hot to freezing cold randomly and often during shower. Wouldn't let my child use that one. Toaster, didn't work. Fire hazard. HOTTTTT in the house, got to 81, YUCK. Warped pans in kitchen. Nothing to clean dishes by hand. Coffee maker was gross! DIRTY pan in the oven, NOT from us. Lack of supplies in the kitchen, bathrooms.Wifi issues, horrible time connecting. No light in living room, so dark, hated that. A piece on rocking couch in the middle was broken, needs attention immediately. Back door unlocked upon arrival. Window open in master bath upon arrival. I did not appreciate the "give 5 star review for 10% off next stay" because I believe that skews the reviews to make the property look/sound better than it truly is.

The home was really clean but the bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable. The leg on the bed came off and some of the beds had wood stacks under them to support them.

Good cost effective option for the area. Close to most everything like The City Forum and the Amish market. Host was mostly quick to respond. Had a few issues but overall it was a good experience. Could have used a top to bottom clean but definitely not bad. The host also has a few local restaurants and places to visit posted in the home for guests which I thought was a nice touch.
