The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather all used towels and linens and place in washing machine. Please start the load before you leave.
Place garbage in black bags labeled “CITY of TRF” (found under kitchen sink) and place outside by fence in alley.
Pick up is Tuesday & Friday
Wash and put away any used dishes
Check for Personal Belongings: Do a final sweep of the entire rental, including under the beds to ensure you haven’t forgotten any personal items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
