Best Birmingham stay I’ve had yet, especially for the price. Parking (reimbursed) is straight forward, so is check in. The private balcony was nice and the unit was very clean and cute. Would definitely stay here again. Bonus that there’s pizza and ice cream shops downstairs.

Greatest location for Birmingham. We love everything about this flat and want to book it for all our Bham travel plans. Having our own private balcony overlooking Morris and the Bham views was amazing. Super clean, had everything we needed for the weekend.

Everything was lovely. The property was just like the listing. There were great starters provided and everything we needed. We spent time on the balcony and people watched. Bed was comfy, water pressure and hot water in the bathroom was great. Plus checkout items were basic/minimal. Communication was great - seriously great stay! The only down side is the outside noise (train and people talking/laughing from the restaurant below). My husband slept fine but I’m a light sleeper so it wasn’t as good for me. Overall - We would definitely stay here again!

Some friends of mine had spoken highly about this property repeatedly. In fact every time they came to Birmingham this is where they stayed. And I was not disappointed. It's well stocked, beautiful, and an area bustling with great restaurants, bars and entertainment. I highly recommend this particular property. Oh and the balcony was a fantastic surprise. I hated going to bed because I love sitting out having a drink and listening to the people below. Sometimes I even went down to join them.

Very nice property, will be booking again. It’s an easy process getting in once you figure out where the door is. I would suggest a description of which door to go to when sending the codes.
