Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash is pick up on Monday at 8am please put Trash Cans at the end of the driveway Sunday night.
Yard person comes by on Thursdays
Do not move any furniture and make sure all Pool balls and sticks are not hidden, lost or Broken.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours (e.g., 10 PM–8 AM)
Firepit must be put out within 12 hours of leaving the property.
No Parties without Approvals. Do not rerange furniture and make sure all pool balls and sticks are put away.
