A very spacious and comfortable three bedroom three bathroom condominium at Chateau Chamonix featuring fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, slate tile floors through the entry and kitchen and a private balcony. The river rock gas fireplace is a beautiful focal point of the great room, complimented by the leather armchair and ottoman, and the elegant dining table that can seat up to eight. The living room also has a flat screen TV, DVD player and gaming console.

The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with a king bed, access to the balcony, and attached master bathroom with walk-in shower, jetted tub and double vanity. The second bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom, and the third bedroom has two twin beds, with the third bathroom located across the hall. All of the bedrooms feature flat screen TVs, as well as ceiling fans. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
