House / Apartment Pelegrin is located on the cape Pelegrin, 1 km. away from Stomorska. Away from rush and noise , but close to walk in the centre of village. The House / Apartment was built 2015. year on the land plot located on the Seafront.
So close for jump in the crystal blue Sea in any time you like. There you can enjoy in incredible wide of Sea view from any of terraces and balconies. The Apartment Pelegrin occupies a complete first floor of a family House and has an area of 100 m2. , a large living room with a kitchen, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and separated toilet with a washing machine.
Just 20 m from the house is access to the onsite beach with a small pier where is access for rubber boat , SUP or kayak.
Of course in the yard of the house is a parking space for two cars and cascade gardens with olives and tomatoes plant. Behind parking place is area for keeping swimming or snorkelling gear and also for take a shower after swimming

Absolutely Brilliant accommodation, a home away from home right by the Adriatic Sea. Spacious and with great facilities and very thoughtfully furnished. Everything you need locally in Stromoska, Bakery, Store, Restaurants, Buses, Bars.

Fabulous well equipped property with stunning views

Great property with everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. Excellent air conditioning in most rooms. Modern and clean. Extremely helpful landlord. Lovely village with plenty of restaurants- all reasonably priced. Lovely holiday.

Family holiday

We enjoyed a very good family holiday at the appartment. Far enough from the town centre to be quiet and relaxed and close enough to talk to shops and restaurants. Direct access to the sea and a small stone beach within a short walking distance. The location and the appartment was fully aligned with the description provided and the host was very friendly and helpful.

wonderful house directly at the sea

very nice and accommodating owners! The house is just beautiful, the place Stomorska is very quiet - there is a small shop, a bakery and a few restaurants. it is definitely a place to feel good, we can recommend the house unreservedly!

Erwartungen übertroffen 🌞⛱️

Eine sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung die keinen Wunsch offen lässt. Besonders hat und natürlich der Blick von der Terrasse und Balkon gefallen. Aber auch die Ruhe und ein fast privat Strand 🌊⛱️. Der Vermieter (Danko) war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend und überraschte uns hin und wieder Mal mit einer Schüssel voll Trauben aus eigenem Anbau. Auch eine Flasche Rotwein von einem Winzer aus der Gegend wurde uns vor die Tür gestellt. Einfach schön. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und sie hat die vier Sterne auch verdient.

Ausgezeichnetes Apartment, besser geht´s nicht

Wir waren schlichtweg begeistert! Besonders hervorzuheben sind die zum Apartment gehörigen Terrassen, man kann praktisch den ganzen Tag lang entscheiden, ob man im lieber in der Sonne sitzen will, oder einen schattigen Platz bevorzugt. Die Aussicht von der meerseitigen Terrasse ist schlichtweg grandios. Die Ferienwohnung war in perfekt gepflegten Zustand, überkomplett ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Wlan funktionierte die ganze Zeit problemlos und bot auch eine ordentliche Downloadgeschwindigkeit. Die Vermieter sind unheimlich nett und zuvorkommend. Ein idealer Platz um einen ruhigen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir hatten ein kleines Segelboot (HappyCat) dabei, das wir ausgiebig nutzten und nur bei Bora an Land verstauten. Es gibt am Strand die Möglichkeit das Boot im Wasser festzumachen (Betonblock im Wasser/Boje) - unser Vermieter hat uns sogar ein passendes Seil zur Verfügung gestellt. Stomorska ist insgesamt recht ruhig, es gibt zwar eine Menge Ferienwohnungen und Zimmer aber keine Hotelanlagen. Im Hafen gibt es einige ganz gute Restaurants, da der Hafen auch bei Seglern sehr beliebt ist, sodass es in der Hochsaison sinnvoll und notwendig ist, Tische zu reservieren. Wer gerne läuft oder radelt kommt hier auch auf seine Rechnung allerdings muss, wer gerne etwas längere Runden läuft gut 200 Höhenmeter in Kauf nehmen. Es gibt auch ganz gut ausgeschilderte Radwege (meist Schotterstraßen) auf denen ich die Insel laufend erkundet habe. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Wunderschön und modern, traumhafte Aussicht

Sehr schöne grosse Ferienwohnung mit hochwertiger Ausstattung, bequeme Betten. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Traumhafte Aussicht . Genügend schöne Bademöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe. Ruhig gelegen. Der Ort selbst ist in fussnähe. Einige Restaurants, eine Strandbar. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus und sind sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch wieder hinfahren. Solta ist allerdings am besten für ruhesuchende Urlauber geeignet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden,aber begrenzt. Beautiful, opulent apartment. Very comfortable beds. We couldn't have asked for more. The owners are very nice and helpful. The view is mesmerizing, hinting at the plenty of bathing opportunities near by. It's quite private, so we didn't have to share with too many people. The village itself is within walking distance. There are some restaurants, a strand bar and a small supermarket. There is a bigger one in a village near by. Overall we felt very happy and relaxed. We'd recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place. Would definitely visit again.
