Welcome to the “Rivers Edge!” NEWLY RENOVATED!! Boating, kayaking, bird watching, or rest and relaxation right on your doorstep. Just steps to the Parker River, enjoy this quaint location. You will not find another rental like this in the area. Escape to a spacious 4-bedroom, three full bathroom home with your family and friends.
Relax in the living room in front of a cozy fire to wind down from a long day on the water or exploring the surrounding area. Whether coming to the area to enjoy the surrounding beaches or to enjoy the historical feel of Newburyport's own Yankee Homecoming, this house will meet all your needs. All of its cozy features are ideal when it is time to put your feet up and reminisce about your day.
Dock space available for max 23’ LOA boat.
Kayaks (2-4) and a kayak launch are available for guest use.
Fishing permitted from the parking lot on bulkhead (no fishing off docks)

We are a local family with a love for the water, boating, fishing, and spending quality time with our family! We are happy to have the ability to share a space where others can enjoy time with loved ones, with beautiful, serene surroundings and amenities to make every stay fun and relaxing!
Why they chose this property
The home is located directly on the Parker River in a quiet area. In the evening, the silence of its surroundings is calming and refreshing. It is a great area to recharge and also have fun on the water, adventuring throughout the day. It is a nature lover's paradise.
What makes this property unique
This properties views can not be beat. It is one of the few rentals on the Parker River and one of the only rentals that can provide a boat slip in the area. The River can be seen out of almost every room in the house!!! It can sleep a large family, has a large yard, and ample space to enjoy nature.
