Great central spot on the island and easy to get around. The condo was perfect and accommodated my family so much better than a hotel room would’ve. The host was in contact whenever I had questions and was very helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We had an awesome time! Pool and hot tub was great, met many fun people there. The beach was a short walk away and got to see the turtles! Location was close to stores and restaurants, and not too far from Waimea canyon.

Property was exactly as shown on website. Great location, unit just steps away from pool, beach was a short walk away as well. Unit was clean and well stocked with supplies, communication with property manager was great. Would definitely here again.

I was really looking forward to staying at this property! Unfortunately I was unable to make it to Kauai due to airline and weather related problems. Joel was quick to respond, very helpful and fair with the cancellation. I appreciated his professionalism. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful property, plumeria and red ginger cover the grounds

We loved this unit, very clean, lots of extras like cooking spices, snorkelling gear, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella, even coolers. Great central location with lots to do right in the immediate area and beautiful beaches within 5 min walk. Would definitely stay here again :)

Great stay

The layout was nice for 5 adults and the location to the beach, restaraunts and pool was perfect. Kitchen was extremely equipped with all you need. The only downfall for us was there wasn’t any beach chairs which we are used to. Highly recommend this unit.

Relaxing in Poipu

This spacious condo was clean, and comfortable. Loved all the large windows and verdant views. My family liked boogie boarding at the beach which was a beautiful 5 minute walk away.

The condo was gorgeous - much larger than expected with great space to spread out, made it easy to work remotely and not be on top of each other. A/C & wifi work great. Awesome pool & hot tub just steps away, which we miss already!

Stop.dont waste any more time searching!this condo was EVERYTHING it claims to be plus more.pics don't do it justice.large.spacious.beautiful decor.yes...truly...minutes to the beach, restaurants, stores, etc.pools were amazing. Best beaches.best part of the island to stay (and we visited every side).absolutely amazing!

Good location, condo was roomy and appreciated having shampoo and conditioner available. Also liked having beach toys available as well as beach towels. Pool area not impressive but beach a fairly short walk from condo. Overall a good value for south shore.

Wonderful stay at a great location!

Our accommodations were everything we expected and more. Joel (Host) was wonderful in so many ways. We called him one morning with a problem concerning the modem and he had it resolved within 2 hours! This is a great spot in Poipu and the condo had plenty of room for our family of 5.

Excellent! Great location, Condo is big, very comfortable for 5 adults, It had everything we needed.

Overall very nice Condo complex, garden lovely as you walk down the path to the beach which is about 5 minutes away. The beds were comfortable, there were an abundance of linen and towels including generous sized beach towels. The kitchen had everything we needed including condiments, jams etc to make it all very easy. Thanks Joel, it felt like home tastefully decorated, nice furniture, spacious bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

Poipu Kai Condo

This condo was perfect for our family. Super clean, great location and just how it was described. Communication with the owner/manager was easy and check in was even easier. We highly recommend this beautiful condo. My only recommendation to make it more enjoyable would be more bath towels, but other than that it was great!

Perfect place and location!

Came over as a family of 4 from Oahu for a medical conference at the Grand Hyatt for my husband. Decided to stay at the condos instead, and so glad that we did. We loved having two rooms and two bathrooms, as well as the kitchen, dining area, and living space. The resort was a nice walk over, which was ideal. The condo is right next to the pool, which my girls liked. Overall, a great stay. We will definitely stay here again if we can on our next inner-island trip.
