The 3 full bathrooms come equipped with a hairdryer and a bathtub for added convenience. We hope you enjoy what our place and Brant has to offer. The basement with separate entrance is rented but doesn’t in any way breach your privacy. Tesla EV Charger 48 Amps. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. You have main and first floor at your disposal with complete privacy. The house is ideally located minutes away from hwy 403 and places you intend to visit. We have made every effort to make you comfortable in our cozy and peaceful home. If you are travelling in an Tesla car we have 48amps charger billed actual usage + $10.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No Smoking in / out and about the property. Please do not leave any cigarette butts on the grass outside either. Parking to Right side closer to your door Entrance and on the road only.
No outdoor shoes inside on the carpets please. Violation you will be charged separate carpet steam cleaning fee of $500.
Please run white towels in the washer prior to leave with normal steam mode. All dishes wiped clean and run in the dishwasher please. Tidy up the property and leave the garbage out in the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
