Nice little house in an olive grove of 6,000 m2. Peace and a beautiful view from the terrace on the sea and the village of Skrip!
If you need a real break from the noise and neighbours, you've found it. You can be disturbed only by crickets and birds! :)
The apartment is located in a small ground-floor house with large terrace, on a plot of approximately 6000 m2, at the entrance to Skrip. The whole house is just at your disposal, there are no other guests. The house is insulated Styrofoam facade, has pvc windows and doors and aluminum shutters. On all windows are mosquito nets. It consists of 3 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms with shower. The plot is landscaped garden with olive and organic fruit trees. From the terrace you can see the sea and the Brac Channel, and breathtaking views of the old place Skrip. This is the perfect place to relax in a secluded, yet accessible and close to everything.

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig, umgeben von Olivenhainen in einer schönen Landschaft mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer und das gegenüberliegende Festland. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieter sind Gastgeber mit Herz und Leidenschaft. So wurden wir mit einer angerichteten Brotzeitplatte, Wein und Öl sehr freundlich empfangen und auch bei unserer Abreise mit Geschenken verabschiedet. Anliegen oder Fragen wurden sofort erledigt und sich auch darum gekümmert: wie z.B. die Pool Temperatur erhöhen. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!!

Nice Place, very good service

Sehr nette Vermieter, haben uns eigenen Wein Olivenöl und etwas zu essen zu Willkommen geschenkt und uns sogar eine Werkstatt empfohlen, die uns super günstig mein Auto repariert hat. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Keine Kritikpunkte, vielen Dank
