If you are looking for a perfect beach villa to relax, look no further! Located in Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort, this 3 Bedroom townhouse is central to it all! From the beautiful world-class golf views to exceptional natural beauty, this location provides an awesome guest experience. This three-bedroom villa is a short walk to the beach,steps from the community pool, and minutes to the central hub of Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort- shops, tennis, bikes, restaurants, golf and more.

Upon entering, the large windows and open space invite you to relax and unwind. The new wrap-around deck overlooking the golf course with stellar views of the Robert Trent Jones 1st and 18th holes is perfect for watching the players, dining or just enjoying a cocktail at the end of the day.

The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded appliances and plenty of dishware to host your family. Hilton Head Island is the perfect place to prepare fresh, local seafood! The dining room table seats six to eight people. Dine inside or out!

The master bedroom is located on the first floor, with the two addtional bedrooms upstairs. Four new Queen beds in the upstairs bedrooms and a new daybed on the upstairs landing for additional sleeping or relaxing space.  A cozy office nook upstairs allows for remote work. For your convenience, the villa also has a washer and dryer, ample parking spaces, and complimentary WiFi.

First floor:  Living/dining room, Kitchen, Half Bath, Master Bedroom and ensuite bath
Second level: Two guest bedrooms with private baths, office nook, daybed in landing for additional sleeping

My family and I enjoyed our week-long stay here. The rental company was easy to work with and provided flexibility when we arrived after hours to access our parking passes and access information. Great condo, spacious bedrooms, short walk to the beach, private and quiet end unit, conveniently located close to the General Store and Dunes House in Palmetto Dunes. Would stay here again!

Great Location!

This rental had it all. Location, space and tranquility. Being in the middle of the island it was close enough to attend the RBC Heritage on one end but also go to dinner at Hudson's on the opposite end of the island. It was a 20 minute drive to both.. Close to the beach and golfing.

March in HHI

Our family of 7 spent the month of March in this lovely condo in Hilton Head. Great location, with corner lot on Robert Trent Jones golf course. Condo was very comfortable and we look forward to staying there again.

we had a great time. There was lots of space for three couples. It was a short 10 minute walk to the beach and pickle ball was very close too. This unit is uniquely situated such that there are views of the golf course in multiple directions making for sometimes amusing spectating.

A nice townhouse

Townhome was nice and well described and in a good location It was very clean. Just an fyi....there is nothing but towels and starter soap and dishwash. Not even salt or pepper. The washer and dryer are apt size and cannot accommodate much in a load so obviously the washer was always in use. Instead of one big load, you need to do 4 little ones which take 4x as much time.

The property could well accommodate a large family. We were delighted to have our own bathroom. Modern easy to use appliances and comfortable furnishings. Owning several timeshares over the past fifty years I noticed some wear that comes from normal use. Overall it was a privilege to have had our vacation stay while on Hilton Head.

Wish we could stay longer!

Condo was very clean with lots of space for our group of 7. Trident was very responsive to our only (very minor) issue. The coffee pot was broken-within hours of a Sunday phone call a new one was on the front porch! We rented bikes and had a blast cruising around Palmetto Dunes and to the beach, which was just a short ride away. Beach was beautiful-packed sand was great for games, running, and biking. Did one excursion-the Dolphin and Nature boat excursion through the local museum. We all loved seeing dolphins close-up and learning fun facts about the marshes and tides.

Great Time

We had a lovely time staying here. Corner lot-so we had perfect views from all decks of the Robert Trent Jones course. The pool is a one minute walk, and the beach is a 5 minute bike ride. The condo was clean, appropriately furnished, and just the right size for our group of 7. The only issue that I had was that I ordered my grocery delivery the week before arrival and the actual address is different than what you see when you book, so my groceries went to a sea pines location. I don't blame this in the owner or property manager, just a word of advice :-)

Perfect getaway

We were looking for something close to Atlanta and this has been easiest beach trip we’ve had in awhile. Great space for 2 adults and 5 kids, very comfortable, nice furnishings, low key neighborhood made bike riding easy with kids, quick bike ride to beach and not too crowded. Our family of 5 was very comfortable. Small but well appointed kitchen. Beautiful views of the golf course but beware of errant shots landing on the porch. We enjoyed walking to the beach and to play pickleball. Would have been nice to have some literature about the island as well as checkout instructions. Overall a great time. Would stay again.
