Casa Siempre Alegre / Always Joyful, a lovely, relaxing and private friendly house, no barriers in this house. Lots of windows and fans throughout the house and a fire place for cool evenings.
Master Bedroom has a King sz bed with Orthopedic mattress, & 1 twin bed. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, 3rd bedroom has 2 Qns beds and a bunk bed. BBQ grill available. Please requesst
Siempre Alegre is an awesome getaway for family and friends. Is also great for retreats. Mother nature offers lots fruit trees surrounding the property and beautiful palm trees. Full kitchen and a fantastic fireplace to enjoy a glass of wine.
The wrapped around porch offers privacy to sit on a rocking chairs and just relax and enjoy the mountains view. The house has 24 hours of electricity, WiFi, a BBQ grill, an alarm system and lots of water. The property has a gate for your privacy. This area is wonderful because is a family community and very safe.
Lemon trees, sour orange trees, sour sod trees are all producing fruits which you can pick all organics fruits for juicing.
Lots of privacy surrounded by fruit trees and lost of greens all year round.

I am a native of DR but have been residing in the USA for 50 years. I live in Charlotte NC. I came up to this mountain as an adult, not knowing that my parents had met in this beautiful mountain.
I fell in love with this are so much that I decide to surprise my family by purchasing a piece of land. We complete building the house in the Spring of 2017 and decided to let others enjoy the beauty of this mountain. We come to Jarabacoa yearly for vacation and to enjoy the peace and quiet of the big city.

Why they chose this property
I loved traveling to this area and the weather made me choose and built here. It is said that Jarabacoa is a place were it is Spring year round.
What makes this property unique
Great for hiking, walking. Jarabacoa offers 7 waterfalls, paragliding, rafting, horse back riding and great food. The town offers night live music and a variety of restaurants. We are centrally located 5 minutes away from town where you will find markets, shops and many unique friendly people.
