This property is offered at a good price based on the space provided. However, the quality of furniture in the house is lower quality. The mattresses are extremely spongey, there is almost no firmness to them. Some of the furniture is broken (the futon had a broken leg, the air mattress provided had a hole so it couldn't retain air, ironing board was broken, etc.) It's clear the property is a little bit of pig with lipstick.Although I never felt unsafe when living at this property, the surrounding area is pretty dilapidated. There are homes that are broken down or properties that seem abandoned, and it is located right next to a highway.Overall if you're on a budget for a large group and are no-frills, this may be a good property for you.

We are sorry to hear that your stay didn't quite live up to your standards. We value feedback from all of our guests as we love to improve our services and find more opportunities to meet our guests standards. The broken furniture is something that takes a little bit of time to fix as ordering, shipping, delivery and installation doesn't always work out in our favor. That futon and ironing board you mentioned have both been replaced. And I will address the air mattress with the team:)!
