Great location, neat place with retro flair. Loved the style and chic decor. Beach is literally a 2 minute walk across the street. Emmy was super easy to work with and was extremely helpful and accommodating with a last minute change! This is a must stay if you are planning on seeing the best beach in the Panhandle and the location is super convenient to other areas like Topsail, Grayton Beach, Rosemary Beach etc. without the congestion of Seaside and Rosemary.

Adorable condo-perfect for our stay (1A 2teen girls). Loved the ease of parking-proximity to the beach and pool. Also appreciated the amenities provided (beach chairs/toys/umbrella) also plenty of outlets and plenty of hooks for towels. Emmy was a great hiss throughout our stay. Thank you

Our family had a wonderful time. The condo was even better than described. The host put so much thought into the accommodations. We have been vacationing in the area for over 20 years and have rented several different condos. This was by far the best experience. The condo had everything you need and more. The location was amazing. We were within walking distance to great restaurants, and it was just a short walk to beach and pool. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

We love the fun added touches for this condo. We used the record player and did the puzzlesIn the drawer. Lots of fun activities for kids. The chairs and umbrella were perfect to carry to the beach and beds were very comfy! Close access to beach and decent pool

It was PERFECT and exactly what was described as per the listing. It was bright, had every thing you need for the beach . Chairs, umbrella, coolers, it literally was a 2 minute walk from beach, laundry room right outside the door, and great sized carts to bring up luggage. Market, gifts stores, restaurants very walkable. Seaside was a 15 minute ride. No issues with parking at all. Ocean view and so peaceful. Property manager was awesome!

Amazing Getaway

I am not sure where to start. This rental is fabulous. It is exactly as described and the pictures do not give it justice! The bed was super comfortable as was the bunks and pull out couch. My daughter slept on both. :) All you need to bring with you are your clothes and sunscreen. Chairs, coolers, umbrellas are all there waiting. There are even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen has all you need if you plan to cook including spices. The beach access is so close and convenient. I enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony drinking coffee in the morning, a glass of wine in the evening and listening to the frogs at night. I definitely recommend this amazing condo!
