Beautifully decorated three bedroom, two and a half bath villa located in the gated golf course community of Desert Falls County Club. Over 1800 square feet of tropical décor complimented by high vaulted ceilings, shutters, tropical ceiling fans, 6” baseboards, solid interior doors and tile/distressed wood flooring throughout. Turnkey furnished with spectacular views overlooking the pool, spa, palm trees and snow-capped Mt. San Jacinto and Santa Rosa Mountains. Enjoy the morning sun on your private East facing deck with bistro style dining set with glass top table and sunsets on the West deck.
Spacious living room with a gas fireplace, 65” UHD TV Samsung (smart tv) with large sectional couch and large ottoman. Formal dining area with beveled glass dining table that seats eight. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and wine/beverage refrigerator in sunny breakfast nook that seats four. Weber outdoor gas barbeque on West facing deck complete with large glass dining table, six chairs, two Adirondack chairs and two umbrellas to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Mt. San Jacinto. Unit is perfect for all types of cooks, bakers, bartenders and barbequers.
Large primary suite with California king bed, huge walk in closet with mirrored wardrobe door, large dresser, lighted ceiling fan, 55” Samsung UHD Smart TV, chaise lounge, ottoman, bookcase with storage, access to West facing deck, large en suit with corner soaking tub, dual vanities and separate shower. Also have a Pack N Play crib stored in its case in primary closet.
Second primary bedroom with queen size bed, en suite (3/4 bath), large walk- in closet with mirrored wardrobe door, lighted ceiling fan, 40" Hisense Roku TV (smart tv), large dresser, ottoman and views of the East facing deck overlooking the Santa Rosa Mountains.
Third bedroom with two twin beds, lighted ceiling fan, dresser, ottoman with storage and mirrored wardrobe closet. Twin mattresses can be used separately or placed together to make a king size bed.
The unit is perfect for two couples, each having a private bath, or a family with extended sleeping in the 3rd bedroom. Villa includes a hallway bathroom and separate Laundry Room w/ full size washer and dryer.
Villa includes 3 smart televisions and free fast Wi-Fi internet.
Large community pool/spa is a quiet and peaceful area away from exterior roads. Pool area is one of the only in the resort with a cabana cover, separate outdoor men and women’s restrooms, outdoor shower and drinking fountain.

My husband and I grew up together in the same neighborhood in Southern California and were high school sweethearts. We currently live in Southern California. Our favorite place to travel is Maui, Hawaii.
Why they chose this property
My parents were original owners of a unit in Desert Falls and we have always enjoyed our stay. Whether that be taking part in the activities or just relaxing by the pool in the friendly, quiet and beautiful Desert Falls community. We are thrilled to have our tropical paradise in the desert and hope you enjoy it as much as we have.
What makes this property unique
We love the location of our unit. It has the most beautiful views of San Jacinto Mountain and overlooks one of the largest pools with jacuzzi, outdoor shower, bathroom and drinking fountain. The west facing balconies are sunny in the afternoon and the perfect spot to watch the beautiful desert sunsets. Since we have an upstairs unit we have vaulted ceilings in most of the rooms which gives our condo a very large and open feeling. All the windows and sliders let in a lot of natural light.
