The Space:

This villa offers three beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. Each bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, a 65" Smart TV for entertainment, and ample wardrobe space for your belongings. The private bathrooms are equipped with a refreshing shower. Step outside to your private oasis, where you'll find a sparkling outdoor pool and a jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding under the sun. Relax on the sun loungers and soak up the tropical ambiance. The villa's fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. Other Things to Note:

• Electricity is excluded from the rental rate and will be charged at THB 7 per unit. On some booking channels, electricity charges may already be added to the booking; if not included, the charge will be collected on-site.

• Additional cleaning can be arranged on request at THB 1,500 per session.

• Fresh linen is provided once after every 7 nights; extra linen changes can be arranged for an additional charge.

• A refundable security deposit of THB 20,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) is required at check-in for stays of less than 7 days. For longer stays, or depending on the booking channel, the deposit amount may vary. The deposit will be fully refunded if no damage or loss occurs.

• The base rate covers up to 6 guests with the standard bed setup. For more than 6 guests, the system will automatically calculate and add the extra bed fee. • If fewer than 6 guests are staying but extra beds or a non-standard setup is requested, an additional bed charge will apply.
