This property is great if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time at the house. The furniture in the leaving room was aesthetically pleasing, but not ergonomically friendly. The sofa was too low to the floor and not ideal for elderly or disabled persons. None of the bedrooms were equipped with televisons. The only two televisions were upstairs. None of the showers are equipped with handlebars for safety and are very slippery. If you’re planning to prepare meals, bring your own large mixing bowls. None were available and we rented the property for Thanksgiving. The house does come with a coffee maker, but we preferred a Keurig. Pillows and mattresses were stained. The dryer doesn’t work properly. The property was pretty clean with the exception of finding a mini toy car under the sofa and an opened pack of M&M’s in one of the drawers of a bed. Several rooms do not come with nightstands.

Regarding accessibility, we would like to clarify that the property is not advertised as an accessible or ADA-equipped home. Features such as grab bars in showers, elevated seating, or accessibility-focused furniture are not included. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We also appreciate your comments about the living room furniture, kitchen items, and televisions. We continuously review guest feedback to guide improvements, and your notes have been shared with our team for evaluation. We will also have housekeeping and maintenance inspect the pillows, mattresses, dryer, and cleaning oversights you mentioned to ensure they are adequately addressed. We added shower mats and checked the dryer. Thank you again for your stay and for helping us improve. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again with a better experience.
