I grew up in Dorrance as a child and wanted to go back and enjoy this small town that has a big community spirit. It is quiet and everyone is friendly. It is so close to the lake and to are hunting.
Why they chose this property
I knew the people that had owned this house. They raised their four children here prior to selling it. I wanted to be able to make some of the great memories they had made in this home.
What makes this property unique
The location of this house is perfect. One half mile off interstate, 5 miles from Lake Wilson and within 5 miles of two walk in hunting sites.
