My daughter and I enjoyed this home during family weekend at the U of A. The home was very comfortable with cute decor. We were concerned that the patio door didn't lock. Otherwise we loved it!

Beautiful location but had an issue with ants in the living room, guest bath and guest bedroom. Also, only 1 kitchen towel; 1 bathroom hand towel (to share with the second bathroom); NO washcloths so, even though body wash is provided there's no way to use it effectively unless you bring your own scrubby. The shower must have a governor because the water only heats to luke-warm while the bathroom sink and kitchen gets nice and hot. It's a perfect size for two adults, but four would be very crowded. Loved the complex location and amenities and will stay again... just not in this unit.
