We want to clarify that we do provide a list of items that we supply and do not supply in our cabin, which is meant to be a helpful resource for our guests. We understand that sometimes guests may overlook this information, but we hope that in the future, you will refer to it before your stay to avoid any misunderstandings. Regarding the caution sign for the ramp, we agree that it is important to remind our guests to exercise caution when using it, especially since it is a unique feature of our property. However, we believe that most people would take caution when navigating uneven surfaces and stairs without the need for a specific sign. We appreciate your feedback on the basic supplies you would like to see us provide. Additionally, we will look into addressing the issue with the Jacuzzi leaks and ensuring that it is functioning properly. Finally, we will look into the sheet issues you have mentioned, we have never had a complaint.
