Located in Menasha, enjoy what this 3-bedroom 2 story cottage has to offer. With a king bed in the main floor bedroom and a spacious living room with large sectional there is room for relaxation on the water. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and Waterview the second bedroom has two double beds, a twin daybed and twin twin underneath also with a water view. Immerse yourself in the enjoyable surroundings and make the most of the 2 bathrooms available. This location is the part of the lake with a sandy bottom so swimming and water fun! This waterfront place is just steps from Waverly Beach Restaurant (Waverly you can walk to via street or in the water :-) and in the summer they have outdoor music), Heckrodt Preserve (walking trails), and the municipal beach. It is 5 minutes to downtown Appleton, 20 minutesto Oshkosh, 8 minutes to High Cliff Park, 35 minutes to Green Bay/Lambeau Field and 90 minutes to Milwaukee or Madison.

Brighton beach is a hot commodity! They’re only a few houses on this desirable street and it has a sandy bottom in the stories. Are people grew up swimming. We are the second owners on the property. This was their childhood home.

Sand bars and beautiful views of a popular recreational lake.. also considered the biggest lake only located in Wisconsin
