1.Air conditioner didn't work2.oven didn't work3. 3 towels for 5 occupants4. bed slat broke while sleeping in it5.3 coffee mugs for 4 adults6. told to use extra towels in closet that were brand new - unwashed with tags on7. washer/dryer and diswasher present but not hooked up (were told not included in amenities) how can you rent without a dishwasher.I requested a refund from the manager but have not heard backunacceptable

This VRBO location is spacious and the host has worked to decorate it to welcome families. It has three bedrooms and enough room to gather. We did have difficulty entering the property as we arrived after dark and the walks and front porch were not well lit. The exterior door is original to the house and key was located in a lockbox. There are two locks with no instructions other than a 4 digit code to retrieve key. We had to call the host, who called a maintenance person to let us in. There were basic amenities not in place: washclothes, bar soap, dishwasher tabs, facial tissue, kitchen napkins, etc. While some of the house is comfortable, and most was clean, the bathroom and kitchen were not fully functioning. October, 2025 stay.

The house is very spacious and clean, plenty of supplies for guests. It is very nicely decorated.
